Our client, whom shall remain nameless, was acquitted of a charge regarding alleged child abuse that allegedly occurred in a daycare facility. After hearing the State's case-in-chief, Mr. Dixon moved for a judgment of acquittal. The Judge agreed with Mr. Dixon and acquitted our client this morning!
